The “Scientific Notes” is a scientific journal of Khujand State University named after academician B.

Gafurov and consists of two series:

the Humanities and Social Sciences
the Natural Sciences and Economics.

The journal is published in accordance with the law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On press and mass media."

The “Scientific Notes” publishes the results of scientific researches of the faculty of the University, home and foreign scholars.

The journal is published at the expense of Khujand State University named after academician B.Gafurov. Authors, including post-graduate students, are not charged for publication of manuscripts.

The Editorial Council consisting of reputable scholars from relevant fields of science is recommended by the Rector of the University and approved at the Scientific Council.

The “Scientific Notes” publishes scientific and theoretical, and methodological papers in Tajik, Russian and English languages. The journal is issued quarterly four times a year.

Founded and Authorized by Khujand State University named after B.G.Gafurov

“Scientific Notes” was founded in October 10, 1948;

Series of Humanities and Social Sciences of the journal has been published since 2001.

Journal edition: 4 times in a year.

Certification of Register: The journal was registered in the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan (Certification №0079/HJ since 18.09.2015).

The publisher was registered in International Centre of ISSN: ISSN 2077-4990 (print).

Information about the published materials is regularly due to definite system updated in the Russian Science Citation Index in advance.

“Scientific Notes Series of Humanities and Social Sciences” is uploaded in World Internet Set and the E-version of the journal is placed on the website of Scientific E-Library of Russian Federation.

Every non-observing of authors’ rights is prosecuted according to the principal law Republishing of the material of journal is possible only by notifying the editorial office and its agreement.
