ANNOTATION

The essence of investments, their content and classification in the agricultural sector are investigated. The experience of successful investment in the agricultural sector of some foreign countries has been studied and summarized, and on its basis the main directions for adapting their experience to the agricultural sector of the Tajik economy have been proposed.It is noted that investments in the agricultural sector are not without problems. Because agriculture is a complex and dynamic sector that is subject to many risks and uncertainties, including weather conditions, market fluctuations and disease outbreaks. To mitigate these risks and encourage investment, it is important to create an enabling policy environment and develop appropriate incentives for investors. Investment in the agricultural sector is especially important in developing countries, where it often plays a prominent role in the economy and makes a significant contribution to poverty reduction.
