ANNOTATION 

The article reveals the theoretical basis of the model of the influence of the quality of service on the quality of life. The categories "quality", "quality of life" and "standard of living" are considered from the positions of different authors. It is concluded that the choice of services and their quality is mainly determined by taste, preferences and lifestyle.
