ANNOTATION 

The article dwells on economy and law aspects of rendering digital services. The author has studied economically effective models of financing telecasting companies. He formulates economically substantiated marketing mechanisms promoting a development of telecasting companies. The convergence of digital technologies promoting TV services rendering has been analyzed. The existing law aspects of regulating the activities of telecasting companies have been researched.
