ANNOTATION 

The institutional grounds aimed at formation and management with the regional labour force takes into account the processes of market nature. The fact that the transition to a market economy, which our republic is still going through affects institutions, including social institutions. Institutional grounds aimed at formation and management with regional labour force should provide: labour force formation; usage of labour force; labour force management. The market economy of the post-Soviet countries, which is unique in its nature and essence, since analogues of the transition from the social model of the economy to the market occur in the history, for the first time. Therefore, the institutional grounds aimed at labour force formation are not pure, but mixed (symbiotic).
