ANNOTATION

This article assesses and predicts the dynamics of housing construction in the Republic of Tajikistan, and also examines its impact on the standard of living of the population. During the analysis, it was found that for 2015-2021, the absolute average growth rate and the average growth rate of housing construction amounted to 47,133 sq.m., respectively. and is 3.4%. From the analysis, it became clear that in recent years the share of housing construction built at the expense of public investment and the capital of the population has been declining, while the share of housing construction built at the expense of the capital of other organizations has been increasing. The article also analyzed the dynamics of the housing stock in the republic and determined that in 2021 at the level of the republic, on average, 10.9 sq.m. including; 13.7 sq.m. per inhabitant of the city and  9,8 sq.m. for a villager.
