ANNOTATION

The article deal with the basic evaluation criteria for assessing the sustainability of economic development of industrial enterprises, specifically the rate of growth in the profitability of sales, the growth rate of the current liquidity ratio, the growth rate of the turnover ratio, the growth rate of return on assets, the growth rate of the staff turnover rate, the growth rate of the average wage, the approach based on efficiency of resource use, and the balanced development of the enterprise. To assess the sustainability of economic development, it is suggested to use the growth rates of the indicators determined for each approach: indicators of the change in the volume of resources, output indicators of the industrial enterprise, and indicators of the effectiveness of resource use.
