ANNOTATION
Language competence implies the competent use of words, word forms, a fine understanding of the syntactic structure of the text — in a word, general knowledge of any language in accordance with its literary form. The key role in the process of teaching the Russian language, when it comes to improving the language competence of students, is played by working with text. This is a mandatory stage in learning Russian. The text is the most important didactic unit. In this regard, the effectiveness of teaching directly depends on the saturation of the lesson with texts and text exercises. The right choice of texts contributes to the formation of a developing speech environment. The use of text as the basis of the speech science concept is relevant not only in speech development classes, but also in the study of sections of vocabulary, morphology, syntax. It becomes possible to create excellent conditions for the integration of Russian language and literature courses. In addition, such practice will contribute to the development of moral qualities of students, eliminate communication problems and improve creative skills.
