 ANNOTATION

The is devoted to the study of  labor activity in pedagogy and psychology. It is noted that ta large extent, the activation of schoolchildren is facilitated by research activities organized in the process of labor training, socially useful and productive work. As is known, labor activity is the object of study of pedagogy and psychology: for these sciences, its most significant feature is that it is always purposeful, conscious, active, and socially formed.Thus, nurturing the need for work as a valuable moral quality of an individual can be successfully carried out under the condition of rational organization and management of all educational work and, in particular, with the rational organization of work activities of schoolchildren.
