 ANNOTATION

In this article, the author, studies and researches the history of the Tajik press, tries to provide information on the factors and grounds for the emergence of the first Tajik magazine of the former Soviet era "Flame of Revolution". At the beginning of the article, the importance of the press for the society is explained in terms of the enduring faces of the educational renaissance. Also, the author, using reliable sources and the views of Tajik researchers, tried to explain some of the important factors of establishing the magazine and clarify them.
