 ANNOTATION

The article discusses the issue of criticism of literary materials in the newspaper "Proletari Khujand" (now "Hakikati Sugd") by Sharifjon Huseynzoda. The article named "Dar rohi san'ati buzurgi sotsialisti" ("On the way of the great socialist art"), provides a critical analysis on the literary page of the newspaper - "Adabiyet va sanoeii nafisa" ("Literature and fine art"). Since the second year of newspaper’s publication and its literary page, the newspaper has made a worthy contribution to the promotion of science and literature and today continues to fulfill this mission with pride.The study shows that from the first days of its publication, the newspaper has already paid attention to literary issues, especially to the promotion of national literature. Sharifjon Huseynzoda's article "On the way of great Socialist Art" can be called a unique find, which he wrote at the beginning of his scientific activities, but which was not available to the general public before.
