 ANNOTATION

The article is devoted to the consideration of the issue of professional training and personality development of a future primary school teacher at the university. It is noted that the problem of quality training of primary school teachers is considered one of the main problems and is an important and priority topic in the state policy of Tajikistan in the context of expanding the professional competence of teachers. It is emphasized that the future primary school teacher, in addition to comprehensive knowledge in this area, full knowledge of methods of teaching primary school subjects, must have a good command of the state language, Russian and one of the foreign languages, must have an understanding of the relationship between language and culture, give examples of the connection between national languages and cultures, ensure understanding of words and phraseological units in the national language and other languages, in order to conduct training and the learning process is based on a basic level of professional competence.
