ANNOTATION

The article dwells on the issue concerned with the contribution of an outstanding politician and political leader Jabbor Rasulov into Tajik culture development. Proceeding from the assumption of factual materials the author of the article highlights Jabbor Rasulov`s activities aimed at young creative youth`s preparation and education. Here is mentioned that Jabbor Rasulov made a significant contribution into the development of cultural-educational institutions, creative teams and theatrical art. Particular attention is paid to writers` care and support. It is indicated that holding the days of literature and art promoted strengthening the peoples` friendship
