ANNOTATION

The article deals with the issues of the culture of pedagogical communication in the foreign historical and pedagogical concept. It is noted that pedagogical communication, being an important means of solving educational problems and students’ development, contributes to the creation of a normal psychological environment and the successful organization of educational process and the achievement of efficiency in solving pedagogical problems. It is concluded that the study and analysis of the foreign historical and pedagogical concept of the culture of pedagogical communication enables teachers to effectively organize teaching and educational practices in all types of educational institutions based on the rational use of pedagogical communication.
