 ANNOTATION

The article outlines the idea of the prospects for education in the digital age, the prospects for the humanities and the training of higher education specialists in the digital environment. In addition, a new direction in pedagogical science, called pedagogical syncretism, is given and described - the brainchild of infonoospheric educology and interdisciplinary trends in the sciences that developed in the late XX - early XXI centuries. In the aspect of pedagogical syncretism, a number of didactic technologies are described and listed that can be used or are already used in the educational process of higher education in many countries. While they are only experimental, but adaptive learning, learning through virtual reality, augmented reality, professionally oriented simulations, business and educational games, distance learning, etc. are gaining great popularity in educational environments and can serve as a vector for the development of not only the intellectual environment, but the entire state as a whole
