 ANNOTATION

The article dwells on the study and analysis dealing with socio-pedagogical and psychological literature, the views of scientists, the problems of cultural development of the future teacher.The article substantiates the question of the formation of a professional culture of a future teacher, its pedagogical and psychological foundations from the point of view of scientists, analyzes the concept of a teacher's culture, ways and methods, problems of culture formation, communicative and communicative tasks.The author also scientifically substantiates the role of a teacher in human society, the factors of external and internal influence in the analysis of interpersonal relations, people's perception of each other, the structure and dynamics of small groups, the mechanisms of social regulation of human behavior, and discusses the processes of public communication.
