ANNOTATION

The article dwells on fundamental problems beset with the study of the Russian language at a university, the concept and model of the rational organization of the system of student-centered learning, issues related to the initial level of knowledge, pressing problems and prospects of foreign language education, which in modern society acquire a fundamentally new meaning in the context of innovative technologies being taken into consideration as well. Thus, first of all, special need for international communication, informational and mutual understanding within the framework of these requirements emerges from a new dimension of the integrational process and a common desire to build humanitarian and innovative communication on a solid political, socio-economic, spiritual and cultural basis. The expounded material and its generalization will be able to provide a kind of practical assistance under the conditions of Russian language teaching outside the linguistic environment, where the communicative orientation must be created on purpose being considered to be one of the fundamental problems that is very difficult to solve in the absence of a linguistic circle.
