ANNOTATION

At present, the organization of competent research activity is considered to be the most promising educational technology, which is the subject of the article under consideration indicating the use of this technology allows for an integrated approach to solving the problem beset with upbringing, general development, and education. It is underscored that research competence develops comprehensively and in stages over a certain period of time and is an inseparable combination of knowledge and skills, and experience in conducting various studies, obtaining new knowledge, a new intellectual product, creating a new project, searching for new solutions to the tasks. It is emphasized that by participating in research students enter a new stage of their personal development, while discovering new facets of understanding the world and themselves.
