ANNOTATION
The article highlights the range of requirements of modern society for today's graduates - future specialists. The formation of a new type of thinking, a creative approach, creative solutions to various problems is a topical problem of our time. In the context of the development of qualitatively different socio-economic, political, ideological relations, scientific justification and adaptation to them of all parts of the education system, in particular higher education, acquires special meaning. Modern higher education, both in theoretical and practical terms, has vast experience in developing creative potential as the most important factor in the process of socialization of the individual, adapting students to the realities of the modern world. It can be said with confidence that the system of higher education in Tajikistan today has a significant potential for the development of creative, creative thinking of students. We should note with satisfaction the emerging trends in improving the quality of education in our republic over the past few years. Favorable conditions are being created for the all-round development of young people and their education in accordance with the latest achievements of science and technology. Innovative thinking, openness to innovations, creative approach to activity, creativity, emotional intelligence, tolerance are the qualities that a specialist needs for success in further professional activity. Their presence ensures its competitiveness in the labor market. The problem of building up intellectual and creative potential, increasing competitiveness is increasingly being put forward in the category of the most urgent tasks of modern society.
