ANNOTATION

The article under consideration dwells on the study beset with peculiarities of hard work and a creative approach to students` lifestyle and work on the example of introduction to new state educational standards, a competence-based approach to teaching in educational institutions of Tajikistan Republic. First, the term “hard work” is analyzed based on reliable sources and commentary, and discussed from the point of view of educational scientists and psychologists.The authors strive to supplement the designated structure of labor as an integral quality, to highlight the creative component, which manifests itself in the ability to approach problem solving outside the box, striving for excellence, creative approach to work, individuality in the process of performing work assignments. Industriousness and creativity in life and work should begin at an early age and at school, for which the subject of technology (work training) is important. This article presents the content of technological education (labor education) separately for boys and girls. It is also emphasized that for the manifestation of the quality of hard work and a creative approach to life and work, teachers must have an individual relationship with each student in the process of classroom and extracurricular activities.
