ANNOTATION
The article dwells on the analysis and tuition beset with personal and pedagogical qualities of primary school teachers according to requirements of nowadays period of society development. At the beginning of the article an impact of transformations of recent years to the national culture of variety nations of the world, process of education and formation of young generation and their positive aspects are discussed. Particular attention is paid to problems dealing with mutual relationship of Russian, English and Tajik languages obtaining subtlety of educating and forming children through communication its role in realization of relationship, professional qualities of primary school teachers such as appropriate attitude towards the whole class, developed speech, correct pronunciation, correct logical expression of thought, having pedagogical tact, being able to observe personal spirit of learners, their action, gesture, the way of standing and etc.
