 ANNOTATION

The article dwells on one of the actual topics of today`s pedagogy about the peculiarities of formation of teachers' readiness for innovative activities in additional educational institutions. The article appropriately cites the opinions of scientists who argue that a teacher in a modern educational system is an interlocutor, expert, tutor, researcher, facilitator. As well as, the author listed the productive conditions for the development of mechanisms for the implementation of support for the preparation of a teacher for innovative activities.The article indicates that management in additional education should be based on the principles according to which all participants in the field of additional education are involved in the activities of economic and social processes. The author also listed that during 2020, the system of additional education provides for the consolidation of informal procedures for improving the qualifications of teachers, in particular, the development of educational-methodical and educational-didactic materials is provided; creation of a tutor center for modular courses; submission to competitions of professional skills of scientific and applied materials; creation of digital computer bases for institutions of additional education, etc.
