 ANNOTATION

The article dwells on the study and analysis beset with features of pedagogical interaction as a factor towards formation of creative activity of teachers of educational institutions and appeal of teaching staff to transition and implementation of new technologies. The author lays an emphasis upon the idea that the purpose of formation of professional creative activity of teachers of secondary educational institutions by means of pedagogical interaction is to create conditions for formation of teachers' readiness to work in the context of implementation of modern pedagogical technologies of general education. In this connection, the author formulates the tasks to be solved in implementation of this direction, and also considered educational activities, in particular, training seminars and master classes necessary to achieve the set results of the target program. Such a system of work, according to the author allows to solve the problem dealing with effective formation of professional creative activity of teachers of secondary educational institutions by means of pedagogical interaction.
