 ANNOTATION

The article dwells on the technology of improvement of healthy lifestyle of students of pedagogical colleges in Tajikistan. It is underscored that the notion of “healthy lifestyle” as a term in pedagogical science has appeared in recent years and the relevant term is often understood as referring to certain indicators of health. It is indicated that the design, theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the model of forming the values of a healthy lifestyle of students of a pedagogical college in the process of professional training, as well as the development and implementation of programs for organizing a health-saving educational space are called “health technologies”. The most important pedagogical prerequisites are presented that contribute to the effective formation of the values of a healthy lifestyle among students of a pedagogical college in the process of professional training. To improve the health of students of pedagogical colleges in the educational process, a number of such effective factors are proposed, such as the formation and development of a culture of a healthy lifestyle, training in safety techniques, the organization of training seminars and monitoring, which have been tested in the author's experimental work.
