ANNOTATION

In this article, the production process of industrial enterprises of Sughd region, the position of cities and districts in the production of industrial products, the activity of food industry production enterprises and their contribution to ensuring food safety, indicators of food production and the volume of production in industrial enterprises, their analysis, the volume of production in industrial enterprises processing food products in particular and their contribution to rapid industrialization and production of various types of domestic products, in this context the reduction of imported products has been studied. The process of increasing exports and finding a worthy position in the world market of goods and services is analyzed. Also, the introduction and widespread use of modern innovative technologies in the production process of industrial enterprises of Sughd region and its cities and districts, increasing the level of professionalism of specialists, entrepreneurs and the ability to manage personnel, introducing modern methods of quality management and training highly qualified personnel are the main factors for achieving this goal. goals are considered.
