ANNOTATION
In this article, the author attempted to find ways the concept of leasing and its economic essence are analyzed. The evolutionary foundations of leasing in Tajikistan and the world, as well as the legal concept and participants of leasing operations, are investigated. Analyzed the dynamics of leasing operations for the analyzed period. The analysis showed that although leasing operations take place in the economy of Tajikistan and the world, they are not yet able to meet the demand of society. Based on this, the article gives the main directions for the further development of leasing.
