ANNOTATION
In this article, the authors have tried to conduct a synthesis analysis of theories and world practices of the emergence of free economic zones. The article examines three main economic issues that the organization of free economic zones can solve. It is worth noting that the creation of the Free economic zone is of great importance for the acceleration of the national economic development, as well as the integration of the effectiveness of the national economy with the world economy. At the same time, it should be noted that the establishment of the FEZ is one of the effective methods of attracting foreign capital, as well as a mechanism for developing external economic relations.
