ANNOTATION
In the context of the implementation of market reforms in the Republic of Tajikistan, a special role is assigned to entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is designed to solve not only economic, but also social problems aimed at improving the level and quality of life of the people.The development of entrepreneurship depends on the state of the entrepreneurial climate, formed under the influence of factors of the internal and external environment. To stimulate entrepreneurial activity and create a favorable business climate in the country, it is advisable to use the cluster approach as one of the innovative directions of the economic development strategy. In this case, the experience of foreign countries should be used: investment policy, tax legislation, venture financing, a system of training for entrepreneurial structures, etc.
