THE LABOR MARKET SYSTEM AS THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENT OF MARKET PROCESSES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

ANNOTATION
The article considers the features of the labor market as the most important element of the market processes in modern conditions. In this context, the author indicates an indicator of the system of legal, socio-economic and labor relations that arise between employers and employees with the participation of state and public organizations, based on supply and demand regarding payment for working conditions, social guarantees, social protection and support. The article show that the labor market occupies a leading position among the structural elements of a market economy, since it is directly related to human activity, the functioning of human capital. Its peculiarity is that the objects of sale and purchase on it are the right to hire labor and the right to recruit personnel who have knowledge, qualifications (education) and the ability to work, also the right to use labor force. In the same place, the author identified the purpose of the study, which is to assess its role, namely through this market the most important element as a national resource, labor is distributed among enterprises, industries and regions. At the same time, it is often the labor market that is the most accurate indicator of the social status of the population of a particular country or region. In this market, the interests of employees and employers, which are state, municipal, public, private and other organizations, collide. Therefore, the labor market is one of the key elements of the socio-economic policy pursued by the authorities.
The author points out that the labor market is a system of socio-economic and legal relations in society, norms and institutions designed to ensure a normal continuous process of labor force reproduction and efficient use of labor.
