ANNOTATION
This article is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of housing construction and its importance in improving the standard of living of the population. The purpose of the scientific article is to study the theoretical foundations of housing construction and, on this basis, to identify the factors influencing the development of housing construction. The study presented factors influencing the development of housing construction, a system of indicators related to the standard of living of the population and the socio-economic role of housing construction. At the same time, the article examines the legal foundations for the development of housing construction, presents scientific recommendations for the development of housing construction.
