ANNOTATION

The housing market is influenced by factors that determine the socio-economic development of the country and political stability. The article presents complex causal relationships between factors affecting the real estate market in the form of an Ishikawa diagram and the factors are reasonably divided into five groups. Based on the fundamental principles of statistical indicator systems and analysis of the directions of the real estate market in the region, the final system of statistical indicators of the housing market is proposed.
