ANNOTATION

This article attempts to analyze the socio-economic views of U. Kaykavus in "Kabus-name", in the system of economic relations of the Central Asian version of Eastern feudalism through the prism of generally recognized methodological concepts of classical economic theory. The study of the national-historical continuity of economic forms and its analysis in the works of domestic thinkers allows us not only to deepen our knowledge in the field of economic thought of our ancestors, but also to a certain extent allows us to better understand the current situation. Until now, the works of domestic thinkers have been analyzed from the point of view of their philosophical and political views, while those devoted to their economic views are almost absent.

Along with this, this article is dedicated to the memory of a prominent Tajik scientist who made a huge contribution to the development of the history of domestic economic thought, Doctor of Economics, Professor Islomov Sultonmurod Islomovich.
