ANNOTATION

The article provides information on the factors of development of innovative industries and, on their basis, the development of other sectors of the economy. Among the many factors in the development of the industry, priority is given to investments. The author proposes to take into account when distributing investments by sectors of the country's economy, their priorities for efficiency. According to the author of the article, for the radical development of innovative industries, it is necessary to invest primarily in the development of scientific potential, since with the correct scientific development, the industry can develop.
