ANNOTATION

Analysis of trends in world scientific and technological progress demonstrates the importance of industrial enterprises in the innovative development of the economy, since it is industrial enterprises that have the necessary financial, production facilities, and human resources. The article examines the state of human capital and its impact on the innovative activity of an industrial enterprise. The main condition and way of improving the performance of an enterprise is innovative activity, which is necessary to ensure its sustainable competitiveness. The source of innovative activity is human capital, based on the need of workers to develop and realize their labor potential.
