ANNOTATION

The article studies the basic concepts, the principles of functioning and the trends of the development of electronic trading in the public sector of the Republic of Tajikistan. Public procurement is reviewed as a mechanism for meeting the demands of the state for goods, works and services, having a significant impact on all spheres of the economy and being an integral part of the market economy. Indicators characterizing the functioning of the public procurement system are violations of procurement procedures and the availability of legal opportunities to challenge unlawful decisions and actions of procuring entities and other participants in the procurement, as well as the practical implementation of the mechanism of reviewing complaints and taking appropriate decisions about them.
