 ANNOTATION

The article studies  the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Tajik SSR Abdulahad Qahhorov`s contribution into creative youth`s education. Based on the  factual materials the authors of the article conducted an analysis dealing with Abdulahad Qahkhorov`s concerns in young actors` and specialists` preparation and education in the field of culture. Particular attention is paid to cover of the establishment of the Faculty of Arts under Dushanbe State Pedagogical Institute named after T.G. Shevechenko and the construction of a new building of the Tajik Circus. It is noted that in the 60s and early 70s of the last century, the Government of the Republic constantly took care of the development of literature and young writers It is underscored that owing to the support of the Government of the Tajik SSR in 1966, the Central Committee of the Komsomolsk of Tajikistan (CCKT) established the Komsomolsk Prizes in the field of literature and art.
