 ANNOTATION

The authors made an attemped to determine the place of the "model of teaching technology and competencies of students and teachers" in the study of the life and work of Abdurukhman Jami. According to the author’s opinion, in the modules and articles that were presented about a competent approach to learning in Tajikistan, there were no differences between the two concepts of method and attitude. Teaching methods in all types of teaching and upbringing systems should not be divided into new, active and passive, and each of them deserves recognition in its position. The problem is not in the term and name of a particular method, but in the pedagogical processes - structure, management, relationships and in general - in the existing system. In order to achieve competencies, it was necessary to revise the methodology and morphology of this system in order, among other things, to change the approach to the use of methods. The method of using interactive learning is the interaction of a teacher and a student, the partnership of a student in choosing material and acquiring new knowledge based on experience, the choice of material that will be harmonious for today and tomorrow of a student, and the competence of a teacher is a guide, a partner in cooperation with a student in organizing the present and future life of a child. The authors outlined the methods of reading, writing, word combinations, and explanatory projects by example and scientifically proved their role in the formation of competencies. Consideration of the topic leads the authors to the conclusion that learning technology is a set of methods and techniques for the skillful fulfillment of specific educational tasks and goals; all methods aimed for activating the student, obtaining the necessary knowledge, proven in practice, participating in the activation of the student in the application of this knowledge; all methods are aimed at the formation of communicative, social competencies of the student, so that he can interact with information, information technology, the formation of analytical and creative abilities, etc.
