 ANNOTATION

In this article, the author has informed about one of the outstanding individuals  of educationalism movement, the founder Tajik Uzbek рublicism Mahmudhoja behbudi Considering the consequence of press in  society, at the beginning of twentieth century in spring 1913 Mahmudhoja behbudi jrganized bilingual Tajik Uzbek newspaper ‘‘Samarkand’’ from his own account. but it did not live long and was printed in 45 amount. After that, by initiative of this famous publicist, bilingual  ‘‘Oina’’ article was founded and had been printed in 68 page. Thus, Mahmudhoja behbudi has been recognised as a founder of publicism in history of Tajik Uzbek press.
