ANNOTATION

The article is devoted to the one of the main and important issues of modern pedagogy and it deals with active and interactive teaching methods. Here is indicated the importance of interactive methods in the formation of a competitive specialist, as well as the role of a teacher in organizing active learning.  The practical significance of using in the system of higher professional education such methods as discussion, business game, case stages, case analysis method, etc. is considered in the article. The author indicates the importance of using active and interactive methods in the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities of students and presents the main directions for the development of modern vocational education and effective means of training high specialists. The result of interactive learning for a particular student is the experience of successfully mastering the educational material, mastering a new experience of educational interaction. The article reveals the active and interactive methods of instruction and their value in molding competitive specialist and the role of the teacher in the organization of active instruction. The result of interactive education for a certain student is the experience of active comprehension of the material in educational environment, development  of  the personal reflection, mastering new experience of educative interaction.
