ANNOTATION

This article is devoted to the ways of  implementing innovative technologies in the classroom in  non-linguistic university. It considers a complex of pedagogical conditions for interactive teaching of the Russian language at the  university. The focus  is drawn to such interactive teaching methods and techniques as role-playing communicative games, speech situations, discussion games,interactive team games, case method, "POPS-formula", project method, "Brainstorm", correspondence trip, competitions, performances, fairy tales, presentations, debates, discussions, etc.These forms of education have passed the test of time and have confirmed their effectiveness not only in terms of the formation of subject foreign language competencies, but also in terms of cognitive, social, and communicative development of students.
