ANNOTATION

The article is devoted to the issue of the formation of professional competencies of teachers of the Tajik language in secondary schools. It is noted that in the system of competent education, relations and the educational process have their own characteristics. These characteristics determine the student's attitude to learning, the role of the teacher in the learning process, the relationship between the teacher and students, students and learning materials, and relationships among themselves. Knowledge and application of these features allows the teacher to improve the level of skills and competencies, and at the same time lay the foundation for the formation of a responsible, educated and educated personality. It is concluded that the teacher's professional competence is knowledge, skills and professional training to solve practical issues of education and development of the student's personality and the formation of his practical skills.
