ANNOTATION

 Modern changes taking place in the education system of the Republic of Tajikistan have put on the agenda numerous new problems related to the qualitative training of the future specialist, the acquisition of the necessary moral and professional qualities. Cultural and moral orientations determine the success of professional work, the speed and painlessness of social adaptation and the involvement of the future specialist in the process of improving the micro-society. The effectiveness of professional activity and the adequacy of relations with the surrounding society depend on how a person builds her system of cultural values in the process of professional development, the ratio of the external requirements of the profession, the professional community and her inner world. The modern level of development of science today gives us the opportunity to approach the solution of this issue from the point of view of using any methods and forms of educational work with young people, which can become effective if we provide an integrated approach to the formation of personal-value orientations, use the internal capabilities of a person, his natural and spiritual inner world. The functions set by the society now need priority pedagogical comprehension.In the current conditions of reforming the higher education system of our republic, from our point of view, it is possible to successfully promote the moral and value development of student youth by: relying on the means of the educational environment, its pedagogical and psychological capabilities; solving the issues of failure of the student's personality in the pedagogical process; stating the presence of ideological and moral grounds that legitimize the pedagogical impact on the student in the educational process of the university.
