ANNOTATION

The article discusses the location of social networks and  messengers in the tj domain. It is noted that if we rely on the data of the last two years of the Internet, we can see the increasing  of a “storm” popularity of messengers and social networks. The author comes to the conclusion that there are a number of factors that has negative effect to the quality and level of Internet and mobile communication services: in particular, the high cost of mobile communication and the Internet, which becomes an obstacle for more coverage of the country's population.
