ANNOTATION

This article reviews the problem of improving the methodological foundations of formation of students’ economic culture in the process of teaching algebra in grades 7-9. The given article discusses some of the conclusions of scientists in this field, and also considers specific examples and questions. It will provide teachers and students of grades 7-9 with practical assistance in the process of an algebra lesson in modern conditions of science and technology. The basics of economic knowledge are necessary for every member of society, primarily in educational institutions. The involvement of agro - specialists in mathematics circles like "Mathematics and Economics", and "Future Economist" and its advantages in study of Algebra are reviewed in the article. It also discusses the importance of teaching mathematics in the process of acquiring any knowledge. The goals of forming the foundations of economic knowledge of students of educational institutions in Algebra in grades 7-9 are examples of this view.
