 ANNOTATION

The given article dwells on the problems beset with psychological and pedagogical features of the training of future teachers in the Republic of Tajikistan on the basis of the unity of their professional and personal development, including the requirements for the process of education and development of the future teacher's personality. After studying the materials on the topic of the study, it is concluded that the teacher's competence in conducting educational work as a teacher and class teacher is a complex holistic education, which manifests itself as a potential personality trait. It is emphasized that each of the components is a complex formation. A positive attitude includes awareness of the social significance of the work of a teacher and class teacher and the need to fulfill it as one's public duty. These components are the main ones, as they determine the essence of the positive attitude of students to educational work.
