ANNOTATION
The article dwells on the concept of education, its content, an integrated approach to educational work, the scientific foundations of the educational process, the theory and methods of educational work, forms and methods of teaching, the quality of education, personal development, the concept of education in the broad and narrow sense of the word, etc., analyzed Tajik and foreign scientists and teachers in their works. It is noted that significant changes in the content of education of educational institutions are associated with a new educational policy in the new independent life of Tajikistan, aimed at spiritual, cultural revival and the constructive role of education in society. The new socio-economic relations that are taking shape in the country are making significant changes in the formation and development of the younger generation. In this regard, the task of society, the family and educational institutions is to educate a developed personality who has a national psychology and is brought up on the basis of the best traditions of the people. According to the author, the complexity of the educational process lies in the fact that the development of the personality requires the correct psychological organization. This suggests that the teacher must be aware of the psychological problems of personal development (continuity, consistent development, fragmentation of the development process into various qualitative stages). Research by psychologists shows that it is the psychological level of a person's organization that affects the social conditions of a person's development to his natural characteristics. In this regard, the process of socialization should be viewed as a specific historical change in future social conditions, which is reflected in it.
