 ANNOTATION

Mirzo Tursunzoda was one of the poets of the Tajik literature who lived in the Soviet period and known among the literary circles and ordinary fans of poetry for his accessible style and chanting of traditional themes, including the theme of Motherland and patriotism. The homeland with all its details and objects was the object of the poet's description and chanting in all creative forms and types and the poet made it one of the central themes of his poems throughout his life. The given article dwells on the image and description of three concepts in geographical understanding of the poet's homeland: Hisor as the homeland where the poet was born, Tajikistan as a historical homeland and Soviet Union as a political homeland. In the article, the poetic images of nature and objects of the native land are analyzed, for the first time, from the point of view of geographical connection in thinking and description of the poet. The relevant geographical connection is provided by the similarity of the territories of Hisor and Badakhshan.
