 ANNOTATION

The article under dwells on the issue concerned with Tajik scientists` contribution into the study of one of the unique historical sources entitled as “Muntakhab at-tawroikh” by Muhammad Hakimkhon. Into the bargain, in his article the author conducts an analysis beset with scientific articles and works belonging to the pen of Soviet and modern Tajik scientists on the importance and scientific value of Muhammad Khakimkhon`s composition. The article emphasizes that the contribution of Soviet and modern Tajik scientists A. Mukhtarov, Jalilov A., Maltsev Yu., U. Karimov, A. Mirzaev, Z. Abdulazizova, S. Sultan, A. Muradov, J. Abdukarimova is very significant, and the study of various aspects of this reliable source of history continues
