 ANNOTATION

The article under consideration dwells on linguo-methodological problems in the study of the category of aspect and tense of Russian verb at national schools. It is underscored that non-Russian students can assimilate semantic differences of types and laws of their functioning in speech, while realizing what an aspect pair being ability to perceive each verb aspect in relation to its aspect ones. The author of the article lays an emphasis upon the idea that only in this case, the Russian verbal vocabulary will come at their disposal in full of its semantics and in the entire system of its grammatical forms and will enter the active stock of non-Russian schoolchildren.
