 ANNOTATION

The article dwells on the issue beset with the role of information and communication technology in higher mathematics classes in universities. The author of the article notes that the use of information and communication technology in higher mathematics classes is the basis for the development of the educational process. You can improve students’ attention to the topic, increase their motivation, and develop a sense of information culture as a composition of the rules of behavior in the information environment with the proper usage of computer technologies in the classroom.

The author considers that the content of educational material and the usage of information and communication technology in teaching higher mathematics should be carried out in accordance with psychological, pedagogical, didactic and technical needs. The article presents several basic teaching aids and conditions for the usage of computer technologies in teaching higher mathematics.
